- Production: Every item we create is custom-made to order. Our standard production time is 5 business days. Please note that larger or more complex orders may require additional time; if your project falls into this category, we will provide a personalized lead time estimate upon order confirmation.
- Shipping: Once shipped, standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your custom item is dispatched.
- 2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and destination, displayed at checkout.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.
- 3. Address Changes & Delays
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Changes cannot be made once production begins.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather, or customs processing.
- 4. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out so we can assist in locating it.
- 5. Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
